Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Most of the items here already have a banded pricing system in place, the more you order the lower the price becomes, so if you do require higher volumes of uniform feel free to get in touch for a bespoke quote. Do you provide samples?
We provide as much information about the garments and we also have all the sizing information right here on the website. If you have a large uniform and safety requirement feel free to call or email, we would love to bring you samples and arrange a face-to-face meeting. How do I send you my Logo files?
During the order process, we have a section where you can easily upload your logo files. You can also send us an email separately, either to send over the files or to give us any additional instructions for your order. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs £6.49+ vat for orders under £100 ex vat. Delivery is free for orders over £100+ vat We use next-day couriers like UPS to deliver your orders swiftly and securely. So when our team has finished customising your workwear and its ready to ship, you will get it the next day.
How quick can you get my order to me?
Plain / Non customised items - Usually 1-3 working days. Customised Garments: 5-10 working days We do offer Express services. Do get in touch. (Additional costs apply)
How will I receive my art work proof and visuals?
Leaving your contact details (phone number and email address) is very important, this is how we get in touch with your proofs/visuals. If there are any issues we can call you to discuss the details of your order. Normally PDF visuals are sent over for your approval within 24 hours. Please note we require your approval, so if you're happy with what you see, give us your approval so we can begin processing your order. Your turnaround time for your order begins from the day you approve your art work / visuals.

What is your returns policy?
For plain garments, and anything else that is not customized with your logo, we can offer a hassle-free returns service, just send the goods back to us within the 14 day period. We can only refund you for goods that are in their original, unused and preferable unopened condition. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee where applicable. FOR CUSTOMISED GARMENTS: We cannot accept refunds on anything that has been printed or embroidered with your logo/s. We try our best to ensure everything that leaves us is correct, if we have made an error then we can discuss how we can resolve the issues. We send out visuals and PDF proofs for all orders that require customisation, so please check your emails and any attachments we send you carefully before approving them.
